ACh/auto-withdrawals

One of the options Condominium Concepts has available to owners for paying your monthly assessments/dues is to set up an ACH/auto-withdrawal for your monthly assessments through us.  This will insure that your payments are received on time and avoid late fees.  If you are intersted in participating please click on the link below.

Note:  If the form and a voided check are not received by the 25th of the month the auto-withdrawal will not take place until the following month.
