Condominium Concepts Management, Inc., an independent entity; was founded in 2000 as an expansion of First Communities Management, a 30 year-old well-respected asset management company.  Since then, Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. has grown throughout the Southeast serving five states including Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina.  Presently Condominium Concepts Management, Inc.  works with more than 100 Condominium Associations and employs over 300 professionals.

Darlys A. Walker, ARM

Principle, CEO & Founder

With more than 30 years experience in real estate and condominium asset management, Darlys offers a passion for both detail and perfection in leading Condominium Concepts Management, Inc.  She has earned the designation Accredited Real Estate Manager from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina.  She is also one of only a few certified Lead-Based Paint Abatement & Removal Trainers in the State of Georgia.  Darlys has been involved in the condominium conversion process and day-to-day management of some of Atlanta’s most high profile condominium communities including luxury high-rises, mid-rises and garden-style homes.  Most recently she has been recognized as an expert in ‘re-versions’ of communities from condominiums to leased homes, as well as repositioning projects.  A visionary and a tireless perfectionist, Darlys assumes a hands-on leadership position in running Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. and works individually with each client and staff associate.

 

 

 

Pam Glore

Chief Financial Officer

Pam oversees an accounting department of 10 associates and works hand-in-hand with Darlys.  Pam offers a wealth of experience in financial management and operations as well as hiring and training of associates.  With more than 15 years in executive property management, Pam understands the importance of process and reporting.  In her role with Condominium Concepts Management, Inc., she develops and implements all policies, procedures and accounting functions.  Working with the team of Regional Property Managers, Pam helps determine the best practices for each community and tailors solutions to fit each HOA.  Pam likes to push the envelope – always working toward better innovative and cost-effective operational procedures, new ways to address challenges, and on-time delivery of all financial and accounting reports.

 

  

 

  
ELIZABETH WEIGAND, Licensed Realtor

Senior Vice President

Elizabeth joined Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. in 2004 and has more than 14 years of real estate and property management experience.  Currently, she oversees a portfolio in Georgia and Tennessee of more than 3,500 units and supervises a team of three Regional Property Managers.  Elizabeth excels at managing new construction projects and has opened a number of the most unique luxury buildings including One Vinings Mountain and Horizon at Wildwood, both in Atlanta, as well as Velocity and Icon In The Gulch in Nashville.  Her expertise includes a thorough understanding of the various expectations and demands of the FDIC, allowing her to successfully work as a liaison between homeowners, developers and receivers to ensure that the best interest of the association is always at the forefront during challenging financial times.  She offers a wealth of knowledge in repositioning communities and working through the current market’s tight fiscal constraints.  She assists with project management when a property exits foreclosure and/or completes refinancing, while restoring sales and leasing stability.  Elizabeth’s B.S. degree in Psychology is an asset when she develops strong bonds with boards and employee teams enabling her to successfully overcome the most difficult situations.  Her ability to ‘think outside the box,’ while keeping the ‘big picture’ in mind has resulted in her continued growth within Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. where she is a valuable leader and is helping take the company to the next level.

 

 

 

  
KIM KIMURA, Licensed Realtor

Regional Vice President

Kim joined Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. in 2003 with the dual roles of Assistant to the Executive Vice President and Multi-Site Director of both existing condominium associations and new acquisitions/renovations.  Throughout the company’s growth, Kim’s role has expanded and today she successfully manages multiple communities as a Regional Vice President.  Her expertise includes staffing, directing all aspects of daily management, the preparation of account records, oversight of property maintenance, repairs, and expenses, as well as problem resolution for condominium owners.  She is also an expert in the negotiation of new contracts, budgeting, declaration amendments, and developer communications from construction start-up to home-owner assumption of an association.  Kim is recognized for her relentless pursuit of client satisfaction and brings a level of commitment and dedication to the core management team that is a driving force in the success of Condominium Concepts Management, Inc.
