All Maintenance Engineers employed by Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. are required to be CPO/pool certified as well as HVAC certified. Along with these certifications, each maintenance person must possess a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical so that they can perform minor repairs in-house and alleviate the need to use outside services. This can save the Associations as much as 30% annually on repairs within their community. Our dedicated maintenance personnel are on call 24/7/365 to address all emergency needs that may arise. Each Maintenance Supervisor will develop and implement a proactive preventative maintenance program specific to their community. |
