Who should I call?

 Communities with an onsite Property Manager:

  •  Contact the Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor via the answering service for your community.

Communities with an onsite Property Manager:

  • Contact the Concierge or Front desk; if applicable.
  • Contact the Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor via the answering service for your community.
(Please be sure to provide the answering service with your name, phone number, community name, unit number, and the nature of the emergency.)

What is considered an emergency?
  • No air conditioning in the common areas if outside ambient air temperature is above 80 degrees Faranheit.
  • No heat in the common areas if the outside ambient air temperature is below 50 degrees Faranheit.
  • No electricity.
  • No water.
  • Leaking water pipe or gas line.
  • Fire or storm damage.
  • Sewer backup.
  • Life safety issues.
  • Loss of life.
  • Burglaries.
  • Access gates not working.
  • Anything that renders a unit unable to be secured.
