Led by Chief Financial Officer, Mike Palloto, our highly educated and trained accounting professionals work diligently to produce accurate and timely financial reports.  Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. is proud to offer a variety of accounting software, such as, Yardi and TOPS.  Utilizing different software ensures that we are able to meet the needs of all of our clients.

Our Property Accountants generate month-end financial reports, bank reconciliations, process property insurance payments, as well as facilitating annual audits and tax returns.  All of this is accomplished with one goal in mind; delivering comprehensive financial packages to our Boards and/or Developers no later than the 15th day of the following month.

Mike joined Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. (CCM) in May 2013, after spending over 18 years in the Hotel/Resort industry, holding such positions as CFO, Regional Controller, and Property Controller for mostly large upscale hotels and resorts with complex decentralized accounting and operational environments.  In these roles, Mike developed a solid background in Real Estate Development; Land and Building Management; Project and Asset Management; Private Condo HOA and Common Area Maintenance Management; Retail Lease/Rental Management; Golf Course Management; and conducted the takeover and sale of over a dozen hotels and resorts.    

Mike’s role with the company is to ensure all of our CCM properties are in accordance with proper accounting procedures and assist the Regional and Property Managers with producing accurate financial statements to each properties’ Board of Directors.  He creates and enforces company standard operating procedures to ensure the assets of our owners’ associations are protected.  He has a passion for helping properties with cost savings strategies and prides himself with finding the most efficient and cost effective solutions without negatively impacting operations or our homeowners.


Susan Wright
Controller

Susan joined Condominium Concepts Management, Inc. (CCM) in October of 2012.  She brought with her over 20 years of accounting experience ranging from Operational accounting to financial statement preparation.  In her current position as Accounting Controller she works closely with the Regional and Property Managers ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available.  This diligence allows CCM to support the day to day operations of each property managed by our team.  Susan uses her many years of working closely with executive management teams to provide quality month end and year end financial information allowing each board the opportunity to make sound financial decisions for their community.
